Trust-based, circular food shop

At Bygagergaard you will find a trust-based farm shop and café.

We have renovated an old stable building and turned it into a cozy café and farm shop where you can find our favorite products. It is trust-based as the store is not always staffed. You can buy everything you need for your stay or you can come by and refuel your backpack on your hike. Enjoy a wonderful meal, an ice cream or a beer at our beautiful terrace with a view - we also have plenty of space for child play and children's activities, so please bring all your kids along. If you find us behind the counter, we love to make you a delicious cup of coffee on the espresso machine. But whether you meet us or not, you will always be able to find a good breakfast, lunch or dinner on our shelves.

The products are carefully selected with focus on locally produced goods and ecology. In the self-service café you will find meals that you can easily prepare by the fire, in our shared kitchen or take with you.
